MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
The blades are “top rack” dishwasher safe and the rest is NOT, suggest putting the parts in warm, sudsy water for minutes before washing, clean with soft brush, dry them thoroughly after wash for keeping them in peak condition.
HELPFUL TIPS
- When process softer cheese, suggest sticking the cheese in the freezer about 10 minutes before grating.
- Recommend give it a quick rinse right after using to make the cleaning work easier.
- Don’t press down too hard when the mixer working, it will bend the blade while it’s turning…please turn the mixer in speed 6/8 and push the food slowly.
